An Unfilled Vacuum

He was the one I knew but never actually knew

He was the one I saw but never actually saw

He was the one whose name made my heart rise with pride

He was the one whose departure made my heart sink with loss

Loss for not what happened

Loss for not how it happened

Because those things have become

the reason of his glory..

But my loss is a vacuum

A vacuum that could have been filled with memories

Memories filled with his voice and laughter

Memories filled with his friendship and guidance

With all the reasons I had ,

I could not fill it up...

Feeling jealous of the eternal world which has you aboard

Feeling jealous of the earth of mother India who could touch you

Jealousy filled with pride and love...

With those last words of yours as if it was in my ears

For all that you were, you will be ...

You live on in hundreds of hearts

The life that ended with a meaningful death is a glorious one

Every years passes by and you make all of us

Love you even more

Let me salute to the day , the time , the moment and your mother

Who bought you to this world for a reason...

On this day....

Happy Birthday
