Beyond birth I knew you...
When I met a thin dark girl
With those large beautiful eyes...

Your smile would talk...
It pulled me to you...
It would teach me in future
To talk in silence...
To mute when required

We grew together
Wishing we grew older together
We saw the troubled teens ...
Even troubled issues of heart...
The first infatuations
The first love...

Those shared days of laughters...
Those shared pains and tears...
Those shared endless fun..
Those shared moments of sisterhood...
Being opposites in character..
But being all the same in soul....

Then one day you leave...
An all alone me wondering where were you ...
You were in tears and sorrow somewhere...
A place where I was not there..
And then I get you back....
I try to hold you close...
without losing you again...

I agree destiny had different plans...
We had to move on our own..
I had to do things ...
which I was not used to without you...
We kept looking back at each other..
Walking on two opposite roads...

Those roads are meant to meet each other
Somewhere sometime..
And we would not have to turn back
But we just have to look forward
Into each other's eyes

Back to silent smiles
That talk wonders....
But today...let me tell you...
That I lost you but I know I could not...
I moved on but I needed you..
I forgot you but I could never...
I got angry with you but loved you even more...
What other best day I would get
